Despite the increasing number of patients, the DentalCare clinic is constantly short of funds to cover its expenses. We successfully overcame these difficulties by implementing the Cliniccards system along with additional analytics and planning tools

Dental Care
DentalCare is a clinic that developed rapidly but lacked proper control over its finances. The situation worsened due to unclear financial statements and a persistent shortage of funds. We began by implementing Cliniccards and additional analytical modules to create transparent financial statements and facilitate effective planning.
Tasks
Select and establish a clear accounting and reporting system.
Identify problem areas in financial management.
Set up tools for predicting and planning expenses, and assist in dealing with these issues.
Process
We began by implementing the Cliniccards system, which automated financial accounting and helped analyze the main expense items. After that, we realized that setting up planning tools was also extremely necessary. These tools would allow us to predict cash flows and avoid shortages of funds.
Results
Implemented the Cliniccards system for client, process, and financial accounting.
Trained staff for effective management of Cliniccards and warehouse accounting.
Established a system for purchasing implants and other funding materials.
Set up a salary payment system.
Developed a financial reporting system in accordance with international IFRS standards.
Launched an interactive dashboard featuring key clinic indicators and analysis of doctors' work.
Established a cash flow planning system to avoid cash gaps.
After four months, DentalCare achieved full financial transparency through the Cliniccards system and comprehensive financial management. The company now receives accurate data, enabling effective planning for future development.
