During this process, we identified drawbacks in CRM system management. To address this, we developed and implemented a comprehensive accounting system to oversee financial operations, enabling the business to run more efficiently and avoid financial risks.
GlamHub is a chain of beauty salons continuously seeking new ways to attract clients and boost loyalty. However, the company was unsure how to develop a discount system that wouldn’t impact business profitability. While addressing this request, we also identified other issues, such as accounting for warehouse operations, gift certificates, and material purchases. These challenges made it difficult to forecast financial flows accurately and highlighted the need for change.
